How To Obtain A BID/RFP Document
We are pleased to inform you that we will now conduct
quotes on our internet-based marketplace. (the City of Midway is paying all
costs associated with communicating and responding to our bids, there will not be any charges to your firm to use
this system). To take part in this process, please follow the
instructions below (if you have previously registered on this internet site,
access the marketplace login in step one and then click on the “click here to
login” link provided).
Directions to Access our e-Procurement Internet Site
(Your may want to print these directions to complete the
process.)
1.
Click
here to access the http://midway.economicengine.com
2.
Click
where shown to “register your company” (at the conclusion you will be
logged-off and will receive a password by e-mail).
3.
Once
you have received your password proceed to http://midway.economicengine.com
and click on the “Already
registered: Click here to login” link. This will take you to the “Marketplace
Login” page. (Save this website link as this will be where you will go to login
in the future)
4.
Enter
your email and your password and click the login button to access the system.
5.
Once
in the system, you will see all available requests from the City of Midway.
6.
Once
you find a Bid/RFP that you are interested in, click on the blue link with the
description and follow the directions to download and or print out the bid documents.
7.
Once
you have viewed the bid documents and have made a decision on whether to
respond, just follow bid instructions as to how to respond properly to the bid.
(Some bids require you to submit pricing online, while some also require hard
copy information to be submitted, please follow the directions or you maybe
considered “non-compliant”)
8.
